- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact (unless the product is defective).

How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a return for a defective or incorrect item:

- Please include photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product to assist us in evaluating the issue.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the refund request is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item was sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.Â
Refund Processing:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item:
